Just give us a call and we will get a pick up scheduled right away! Please keep in mind, that all returns must be in original, undamaged packaging and contents intact.
Please do not write any notes on the merchandise being returned, we cannot accept items that have been written on. Our return policy does not apply to food products, medicinal or perishable items and custom orders including stamps, printing, furniture on imprinted promotional items . Merchandise returned after 30 days is subject to a restocking charge. We cannot accept merchandise for return over 60 days from date of purchase.

Free Local Delivery
Free next day delivery on all orders to all locations within 50 miles of our Chicagoland and Twin Cities warehouse
Free freight applies to orders of $50 or more that can be shipped via standard UPS ground transportation within the continental United States. Office furniture or bulky items weighing over 70 lbs must be shipped by common carrier and free freight does not apply. We will quote additional charges for these items prior to processing your order.
UPSable orders ship from our distribution warehouses. Orders that are not UPSable will be shipped from our closest regional distribution center to minimize delivery time and freight charges. All orders under $50.00 are subject to a $10.00 shipping charge. Orders shipped outside the continental United States will have applicable freight charges added to invoice.
In case of shortage or damaged merchandise, please let us know within 3 business days of receipt of order. If damage is visible on shipping cartons, please refuse delivery or note on delivery ticket that carton is damaged.
All information given to us is used by us only. Your phone number will only be used in the event that there is a problem with your order, and we can not reach you via email. Your email address is used only should we need to get hold of you for order clarification etc.
At some point we may send out emails mentioning special sales or items. If you receive one of these emails and would not like to receive any more, you may opt out at any time by emailing us the request. However by doing so, of course you will no longer be notified of or eligible for any special sales.
