Your own custom dictionary If you frequently use acronyms, type unique names, or have industry specific terms that are not recognized in Spell Check, you may want to add these words to your custom dictionary. This will save time in your day, especially when sending e-mails. Outlook should be set to Spell Check on all e-mails before sending. Adding words to the dictionary will speed up the sending process. This will work in all Office 2010, Office 2007, and Office 2003. This includes Outlook 2010, Outlook 2007, and Outlook 2003. Manage your default settings in Outlook The default setting in Outlook is to return to the inbox after you handle an e-mail (i.e. move it to a folder or delete). You can change the settings to make it easier to get through all the items in your inbox and make you more efficient. How to Get Siri to read email messages on an iphone You can change a setting that will allow Siri to read e-mail messages to you. You will have to turn on "Speak Selection" in the Accessibility section of Settings. This is NOT an entirely hands-free operation, it should not be performed while driving! Great ideas, thanks Steve.
