Karl Benz created the Motorwagen in 1865, then Henry Ford enhanced the production process to make cars available to most people. #3 Light Bulb Thanks to Thomas Edison, we can turn the lights on! In addition his invention lit the path to an infrastructure that lets us plug in and turn on a myriad of devices. #2 Computer Without computers, so many of the things we use every day would be able to work the way they do; cars, power plants, phones and more. #1 Internet The newest and most far-reaching invention on the list, the internet gives us access to information around the works at any time.
